Our Story
Founded in Hong Kong, Wingsilience Risk Solutions Asia Limited (WRSAL) helps clients across Asia build resilience and ensure their management systems are placed to deliver effective management of critical risks, ensuring safety. Our mission is to empower organisations to thrive through teamwork, foresight, preparedness, and excellence in management systems for critical risks.
“Wingsilience” blends the strength of resilience with the lift of wings — symbolizing how safety‑critical industries risk management rise through challenges with expertise, professionalism and teamwork.
Leadership
With over 26 years of experience in safety‑critical industries, primarily in mass national and international transportation, Dr. Lee has served as Safety Management System Post Holder for two Air Operator Certificate (AOC) operations and as a Senior Executive in Safety for international mass transport and power generation and distribution sectors.
His qualifications include a PhD in Aviation from Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University, USA, and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, UK. A Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Dr. Lee is also a former Royal Air Force Sixth Form and Flying Scholar.

Qualifications and Experience
Led by Dr. Roger Lee, MA (Cantab), MEng, PhD, CEng, FHKIE, MRAeS, MIET, with extensive qualifications, memberships, and experience across global engineering and safety, quality, health and environmental management.
With over 26 years of experience in safety-critical industries, primarily in mass national and international transportation, Dr. Lee has served as Safety Management System Post Holder for two Air Operator Certificate (AOC) operations and as a Senior Executive in Safety for international mass transport and power generation and distribution sectors.

He has served on the Business Advisory and International Advisory Committees of the Flight Safety Foundation and received the Flight Safety Foundation Business Aviation Meritorious Safety Award in 2012. Dr. Lee has completed training in Safety Management, Safety Investigations, Flight Data Analysis, and Lead Auditing from institutions including the UK National Air Traffic Services, Cranfield University, and BSI.
